Multi-EDU developments multiply by the number of EDUs.

Connection / tap fees (separate scope)

SAWS does not appear to publish a separate connection or tap fee schedule distinct from the impact fee program at the public web tier. Three substitute paths were probed in ZoneFee's most recent verification pass:

  • The SAWS Impact Fees page itself covers the impact fee component only; it references a separate "Impact Fee by Meter Size" PDF (195 KB) but does not embed a connection or tap fee schedule.
  • The SAWS Water and Sewer Rates page covers retail water and sewer rates, special service fees, and pass-through fees, but not new-service connection or tap fees.
  • The SAWS Developer Resources hub references the Development Portal for impact fee payments but does not publish a separate connection or tap fee schedule.

The connection / tap fee component is therefore captured separately from impact fees and is not enumerated on this page. A project owner should confirm any per-connection or per-meter-size cost directly with SAWS via the Developer Resources hub.
