ZoneFee Coverage

ZoneFee currently publishes verified development fee data for 25 jurisdictions across Texas, Virginia, and Maryland. Use the search and filters below to find a specific jurisdiction, fee subpage, state hub, or educational guide. The full coverage table is below the search results for reference.

Search live coverage

Search across ZoneFee's indexable pages: state hubs, jurisdiction master pages, fee-type subpages, and educational guides. Type a jurisdiction name (for example, "Loudoun"), a state, a fee type ("zoning fees"), or a guide topic ("impact fees"). The search updates as you type. Pages currently held under noindex while their fee inventory is being completed are not shown in search results - the full inventory of those pages is visible in the coverage table below.

Coverage expansion and corrections

ZoneFee is expanding coverage to additional jurisdictions in the same Texas, Virginia, and Maryland market regions, and to additional states over time. If a jurisdiction you need is not on the list above, you can request it via the contact page or submit a correction via the corrections page. ZoneFee does not maintain a public roadmap; coverage is added when source verification clears the standard published in the methodology and data sources pages.
