Impact Fees

Source: City of Azle Fee Tables Rev. 7.7.26, page 6, which reproduces the water and wastewater impact fees revised by Ordinance No. 2023-06 and the roadway system impact fees "ADOPTED 6/20/2023" under Ordinance No. 2023-07. Azle levies these fees under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 395. Coverage Notes - What This Page Does Not Cover

Per ZoneFee's Partial-Verified Publication Standard, the items below were either not administered by this jurisdiction, not published as a fixed dollar figure, or do not apply. They are disclosed here rather than estimated, paraphrased from a non-official source, or omitted silently.

Currency caveat

The fees on this page derive from the City of Azle Fee Tables, each page headed "Rev. 7.7.26." The tables print a revision date but no adopting ordinance or resolution number, so the revision date is the currency anchor. A later revision may supersede these amounts. Confirm current amounts directly with the City of Azle before relying on them.

Impact fee amounts

The fee tables do not state whether the impact amounts are the adopted maximum assessable fees or a lower collection rate, and commercial roadway impact fees are by estimate rather than a published figure. Request a written impact fee estimate from the City of Azle for a specific site.

Special district fees

The Planning and Development Fee Tables contain no public improvement district (PID), municipal utility district (MUD), tax increment reinvestment zone (TIRZ), or other developer-initiated special-district fee. The only district pages on the City website are the Municipal Development District (a sales-tax economic development entity) and the Crime Control and Prevention District, neither of which charges developer fees. Closed-search outcome: not administered by this jurisdiction.

Proffers

Cash proffers are a Virginia statutory instrument under Virginia Code Section 15.2-2303.4 with no Texas counterpart. Texas exactions run through Local Government Code Chapter 212 (subdivision and development) and Chapter 395 (impact fees). Closed-search outcome: this fee family does not apply to this jurisdiction.
