Sponsor a ZoneFee Jurisdiction Page

ZoneFee pages are read by people researching development fees for a specific city, county or state. A sponsorship places one clearly labeled card for your business on that page. It is paid advertising, and it never changes the fee data.

What a sponsorship includes

  • One card on the jurisdiction page, directly after the fee summary table, labeled "Sponsored".
  • Your logo, company name, a one-line description, and a link to your website.
  • One sponsor per business category per page for the paid term (for example, one civil engineering firm and one title company on the same city page). No more than two sponsor cards appear on any page.
  • A 12-month term. Renewal is offered at the then-current price.

Pricing

PlacementPrice
City or county page$149 per year

ZoneFee does not guarantee any number of visitors, impressions, clicks or leads. Pages are new and traffic varies by jurisdiction.

Who sponsorship fits

Businesses that serve people planning development projects: civil engineers, land surveyors, land-use and zoning attorneys, permit and entitlement consultants, development and construction lenders, title and settlement companies, impact fee and utility consultants, environmental, geotechnical and traffic engineers, and land planners.

ZoneFee does not accept sponsors unrelated to development, sponsors that claim government affiliation, or sponsors that promise permit or fee outcomes.

How to sponsor a page

  1. Send a sponsorship request with the page you want and your business category.
  2. ZoneFee confirms the category is available on that page and reviews your business.
  3. You receive a secure Stripe payment link. Nothing is charged before the placement is confirmed.
  4. Reply with your logo (PNG, SVG or WebP), company name, one-line description and website. The card goes live after review.
  • Sponsorship is paid advertising and is always labeled "Sponsored".
  • Payment does not influence ZoneFee fee data, sources, methodology or which jurisdictions are covered. Fee data remains sourced from official government material.
  • Sponsor links are marked rel="sponsored nofollow".
  • Sponsors may not imply endorsement by ZoneFee or by any government agency.
  • The sponsor is responsible for the accuracy of its company information and description. ZoneFee may decline or remove a sponsorship that is deceptive, irrelevant or inappropriate.
  • Category exclusivity applies only to the purchased page and term.
  • No traffic, impressions, clicks, leads or transactions are guaranteed.
  • If ZoneFee declines a sponsorship before it is published, any payment is refunded in full.
