Source: City of Aledo Ordinance No. 2026-O-10, passed and approved February 19, 2026, which amends the Impact Fee Collection Rate Schedule of Ordinance No. 2022-154 to reflect impact fee pass-through charges from the City of Fort Worth. Exhibit E-2 sets the collected impact fee for water and wastewater. The table below is Year 2, effective October 1, 2026. The February 19, 2026 minutes record approval by unanimous vote.
