Coverage Notes - What This Page Does Not Cover

Per ZoneFee's Partial-Verified Publication Standard, the items below were either not published by this jurisdiction as a dated fee schedule, not administered by it, or do not apply. They are disclosed here rather than estimated, paraphrased from a non-official source, or omitted silently. These items remain under limited-coverage review until any remaining gaps are closed from official sources.

Impact fees

The Code of Ordinances contains a Texas Local Government Code Chapter 395 water and sanitary sewer impact fee article whose only history note is Ordinance 1071, adopted in 2004. No current land use assumptions or capital improvements plan update, and no recent adopting ordinance, was found to show that the 2004 schedule is still in force, so its amounts are not reported here. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Special district fees

No public improvement district (PID) or MUD assessment or special-district development fee is published in the codified fee schedule or on the City website. The only district found is a tax increment financing zone (2017 boundary map), which is tax-increment financing, not a fee charged to development. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Proffers

Cash proffers are a Virginia statutory instrument under Virginia Code Section 15.2-2303.4 with no Texas counterpart. Texas exactions run through Local Government Code Chapter 212 (subdivision and development) and Chapter 395 (impact fees). Closed-search outcome: this fee family does not apply to this jurisdiction.
