Coverage Notes - What This Page Does Not Cover

Per ZoneFee's Partial-Verified Publication Standard, the items below were either not published by this jurisdiction as a dated fee schedule, not administered by it, or do not apply. They are disclosed here rather than estimated, paraphrased from a non-official source, or omitted silently. These items remain under limited-coverage review until any remaining gaps are closed from official sources.

Zoning and plat fees

No adopted, dated zoning or plat fee schedule was found on the Town domain. The current Town planning and development application form lists some application amounts but shows "Price TBD" for zoning change, site plan, final plat, and replat, and carries an older internal revision footer; it is an application form, not an adopted schedule, and its amounts are not shown here. The 2025 Building Inspections Department fee schedule covers building permits only. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Utility tap and connection fees

No water or sewer tap or connection fee amounts were found on the Town domain. Ordinance No. 2023-20 (adopted August 28, 2023, effective October 1, 2023) amends Appendix A Article A4.000 water service consumption rates only, the 2025 building fee schedule covers building permits only, and the Permits and Building Inspections page links no tap fee document. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Special district fees

No public improvement district (PID), municipal utility district (MUD), or other special-district fee document was found among the Town fee, ordinance, and development document uploads. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Proffers

Cash proffers are a Virginia statutory instrument under Virginia Code Section 15.2-2303.4 with no Texas counterpart. Texas exactions run through Local Government Code Chapter 212 (subdivision and development) and Chapter 395 (impact fees). Closed-search outcome: this fee family does not apply to this jurisdiction.
