The WSSC Water SDC pages are JavaScript-rendered (Drupal). A direct Stage 1 fetch returns an HTTP 200 page shell with the SDC fee tables and dollar amounts absent; the fee tables render client-side. Capture was via Stage 3 Playwright with a normal Chrome user-agent, which rendered the canonical residential and non-residential SDC schedules verbatim, both effective July 1, 2026.
