Impact fees

The adopted ordinance, its number, its effective date and its fee table are not posted on the City website, and the FY2027 Master Fee Schedule has no impact fee lines. The amounts in the public hearing notice were proposed amounts and are not shown here. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Special district fees

The City has Reinvestment Zone No. 1 and Reinvestment Zone No. 2 board pages, which carry board rosters and agendas but no assessment or fee. A tax increment reinvestment zone is a tax-increment financing tool, not a developer fee, and Exhibit A has no PID, MUD or TIRZ line. Closed-search outcome: unavailable via official sources.

Building permit fees

Building and trade permit fees also appear in Exhibit A. Building trade permit fees are outside the scope of this page.

Proffers

Cash proffers are a Virginia statutory instrument under Virginia Code Section 15.2-2303.4 with no Texas counterpart. Texas exactions run through Local Government Code Chapter 212 (subdivision and development) and Chapter 395 (impact fees). Closed-search outcome: this fee family does not apply to this jurisdiction.
